Our prices are per gite per week and include electricity (mid and high season), clean linen & towels each week plus a welcome pack of food.
Electricty is charged as used from 1st January 09 to 2nd May 09 and 26th September 09 to end April 10.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable breakage deposit of £100 per gite.
SERVICES
We have wifi internet connection available for which we make no charge.
In addition to the welcome pack of food provided, we are happy to do other shopping for you prior to your arrival if you supply a shopping list.
Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, as we have only 2 hours on changeover days to clean and service each gite, plus the surrounding grounds, we do expect the basics to be done i.e bathroom wiped over, kitchen surfaces tidy and wiped, washing up done and equipment back in place.
